Reattempting CAT 2003 Feb 15th paper

Just thought I'll reattempt the CAT-2004 February retest all over again. I hadn't seen the paper since February 15th, 2004 12:58 p.m.

Well a none too inspiring performance which left a lot to be desired.

Infact my number of attempts decreased from the actual CAT attempt.
So there - the scores are

Section Attempt Correct Wrong Score
RC/VA : 38/30/8/27.33
QA : 15/14/1/13.66
DI : 26/20/6/18

Net : 79/64/15/59.00

I'll follow up with a detailed analysis later.

Man!! Aint feeling too great about it!! All I managed in the cushy environs of my room was a measly 59.00. Didnt even cross the psychological cutoff of 60.

BTW: There is a parajumble which I would want to conflict but doesnt serve any purpose. Does it ??

do u know of any website that has the key for the feb 2004 paper and nov. 2003 leaked paper...i have both the question papers and am looking to take them sometime soon.

could u post ur score as on feb 15th also ...that'll help the repeaters ....

and also if possible cud u tell the ranks / percentiles u've been getting in mocks...that'll help to everyone in guaging themselves

hey me too answered it a couple of weeks back did much better than last time

Qa 14.75
DI 23.5
total of 73 last time had a score of around 52-53

i think it may not work for me because have seen it ...................., i think there is no meaning to do this paper again bcoz we know difficulty level as well as cut off.....and we r mentally prepared....but still gr8 score nithin

Heyy am a first timer at CAT so havent attended this test on feb 15th but knew some facts like quants was tough. I attempted this paper last month:

QA = 22/20/2 = 19.50
VA = 34/21/13 = 17.75
DI = 27/21/6 = 19.50
Total = 83/62/21 = 56.75

This is how i did in my first attempt at paper.

from where u can get the actual test of last year cat . Have the Cat exemplar of Ims with me but they have the papers till 2002.

Find out a guy who took it n get it xeroxed. Also
the CAT bulletin has it.
