Just read the sentences ... 4 is right.
3 is not correct because of the word "could". There is no ambiguity. BCD would have been correct.
My performance in ACT 5 is as follows.
Quant ... 26 correct 1 wrong
Verbal ... 25 correct 5 wrong
DI ... 24 correct 3 wrong
RC 15 correct 10 wrong
Total ... 109 attempts ... 90 correct ... 19 wrong ... score 85.25
What do you all think would have been the RC cutoff ?
I think the solution to 89, as given, is wrong.
How can they assume x + y = 180 ... they are assuming implicitly that the lines are parallel.
Actually x + y = 180 + angle between l1 and l2.
So you can answer using 2 alone, but not using 1. |
