CAT'08# 80 percentile

CL proc. never scored above 90 percentile
TIME AIMCAT same

actually I was waiting for my TCS joinin... but since they delayed my joinin I am gonna crack CAT this year...

I have 1 month to prepare and revise everythings...

CAT 09 I am coming... beware PG dream team.... although I may be under under dog but.. it is going to beat the captain of Dream Team... remember CAT is just about confidence in you.... hahaha.. watchout..

weekly target:
CAT is all about scoring high.. what I personally feel is that you just need to clear cutoff for quant and score high in D.I and verbal. Talking about quant we gonna start preparing for Quant from 1 NOVEMBER ONWARD... THIS WEEK IS DEDICATED TO verbal and D.I ( scoring sections)
this may look a very hectic schedule.... but you need to work hard to crack cat ..remember each second is important...

remember to always Time urself before solving any of the aimcat...
what I do is give approx 8-10 min to single passage ..
and 15 min to D.I set...

Great going man !!! but do find time to go through the solutions of the AIMCAT and complete analysis, that would take 6-8 Hrs

I will suggest you comple 1 AIMCAT + complete analysis each day

I know this will take some time.... and some efforts too... but since time is very less I feel 2 mocks a day is must now... I am asking for only 2 sections to complete i.e D.I and verbal.. verbal wont take much of time.. its only D.I that is time consuming... Also do not forget to mark questions for revision.. because without revision whole efforts will go to waste.. therefore revision is must.

common only 1 month... give 100% go get 99.99 percentile....

I know we all can do it.

hey I more important thing.... I want you all to seperately note down all the homonymes and important vocabulary words given in Aimcat.. that will be very helpful... last 3 years continuously CAT is asking homonymes... so why to leave such simple scoring topic...

make a list nd whenever you get time revise them...

Also i would like you to categorize D.I sets in 3 main categories:
1)calculation based.
2)logic based (arrangements etc)
3)iterative (incomplete information, multiple cases)

we gonna Select and attempt D.I sets in same order.

I also am interested in joining this team. Well, I dont exactly know whether this is possible or not, I mean I am not very well acquainted with the mods here... I was wondering if we can create our Under-Dream-Team of 11 members and a coach now. We have 1 month left, we can give our everything... All those, who have decided to give their best shot in this years CAT with decent preparation till now can nominate themselves. What do you say guys?

I want to be in this under-dream-team 09. Is it possible to actually create a new thread like other teams here in PG ??
