Screwed up really bad
So close to cat and towards the end of the season adn still i am not able to give equal time to all sections
QA was easy, as in doable........ was going question by question and spent arnd 55 mins on this section alone even without seeing all the questions
DI was comparatively easier, and less time consuming too
VA dunno cause gave only 28 min to this section and obviously screwed up

After a great performance in last 2 aimcats - 1004 and 1005 (percentiles - 99.89 and 98.39), abysmal performance in this..
Scoring this time (talking abt total marks) less than the former two and that too wen earlier it ws +3/-1 and not +4/-1
anyways my scores are ::
QA - 28 (8C,4W) ..very slow speed
DI - 27(8C,5W) ..cant even guess nw wat i did wrong
VA - 30(10C,10W) ..horrible accuracy
Overall - 85

Gosh, really, really, really feel like kicking my a** today. I wish somebody would do that for me..!

QA - It was good. There were so many questions to choose from. The questions might not have been sitters, but patience would have seen one cracking most of the questions he/she attempted. I couldn't read every question in this paper, which means that I must have missed at least a couple very easy questions. A good section, teasing the test-taker's patience. The only bad point, I felt I wasn't doing great in this section and hence ended up giving more than 45 minutes to it at the outset. Which goes completely against my strategy. :-|
Cutoff should be above 30 for sure.

DI - This was the easiest section of the paper. Was it just me or did everyone find the question on the 64 seeds very tempting. And was it just me who found the set really really lengthy? Damn it, I spent close to 17-18 minutes on this set and solved only 2 questions..! And that when after 5 minutes I knew that I should have left that question. Second AIMCAT in a row when I have done that! The rest of the sets were simple and the logical conclusion questions made a grand comeback (which probably saved the day for me). But the low number of attempts in the prescribed 40 minutes meant I ended up giving it almost 55 minutes..! Kill me for such a ridiculous attempt in this section. I absolutely screwed the easiest DI paper for a long time! And with it my VA too..!
The cutoff should be around 30 IMO.

VA - Ouch. A shade over 30 minutes left and I start my VA. The VA part was moderately tough, easy word selection questions, dicey sentence completion & parajumbles & OK-type correct/incorrect sentences. But the RCs really blew the wind out of my sails. Man. Finally we were given CAT-like RC's IMO. Finally we were given a CAT like VA, and I screwed it big time. read one RC, was feeling panicky with one eye on the clock. Left it midway. Started the last RC, and was never confident while answering the questions. And my results were eerily similar to my 1004 ones in VA. Even after I had resolved to be strict with my time management.
I don't know what the cutoff should be. I didn't give the section properly enough for that..!

today i really learnt a gud lesson from TIME,,earlier when some one on pg used 2 say that they messed up his/her test due to connection problem i used to think they r trying 2 give excuse 4 a bad mock but today i faced d problem first hand...about 7-8 times i lost connection had to re-login again n again n completely lost my interest to give d test...here's my result--

cut-off should be 120+ for 97.5%,,but its just a guess...
