Guys..
this is not the way crowd..we should just chip in our day act in one-liners using some diff words..its more of fun and easy to learn.

Such leaning will help us to perfome better than erudites !

Exempli gratia : I was @ CCD and saw this gal in a diaphanous dress & she gave me a cold look !.....
...we can be better actually !!

.....Guys... anyone know wat the Meaning of expression
Fast & How ?.. I read in a book..cant fig the meaning in dic..its not there !!!

i think most of these terms are beyond the scope of cat. however, all this seems like fun!

'jamais vu' - the feeling of being disoriented even in familiar surroundings. Quite the antonym of deja vu.

hi all,
Too many words and many of learning them...Its high time we start cramming the words into our vocab as we saw in 2002 almost 10 questions were vocab based,
I have this software called Crammer.exe ...those who spend their time in front of the pc can make best use of this software.
: : I think Barons word list will more than suffice the preperation for CAT Vocab.

The Best and strange word i can think right now...

Victuals : FOOD
lewd : Salacious,lecherous
Parsimonious : Miser
Vagary : eccentric bit of act,

hey there are plenty too go .....

this is fun!i'm trying to mug all da words from barons' and this cud serve as a nice test.

the computer vendors often MULCT the naive buyers by giving a nice cabinet and second-hand or defective devices inside.

synonyms: amercement, bunco, con, defraud, diddle, fine, fine, goldbrick, gyp, nobble, rook, scam, swindle, victimize

Sinequanon essentially means an indespensible element...so PG wud qualify as a sinequanon for the CAT aspirants--i doubt if its applicable for persons too. orgin of the word--italic
