Just finished 1008....an average outing...
VA : 11C 4W :29
QA : 5C 6W : 9
DI : 7C 5 W :16
OA : 23C 15W : 54
one thing I also feel is that the +3,-1 marking system is making matters worse for avg performers and is more of a bane than a boon for people having their percentiles in the 80-90 section ..
Any comments are welcome ...

All right...! This looks like one really high-scoring mock. With people already hitting the 130's. Won't be surprised if somebody catches the 150's as well..!
In my opinion, this was nowhere near the CAT level. Easy QA & EU. I am sure that the DI was easy too, just that I chose the wrong set and hence, can't comment much there. But looking at people's DI score, I guess I am right.
EU : Ohh come on. The RC's were damn simple. All of them were easy to read. A few questions were dicey, sure. But overall, it was easy-peasy yup-and-easy! So too was the EU part. Among the vocab questions, couldn't make much of the first one, but could eliminate at least 2 choices in the remaining 3 questions. The fill in the blanks were okay, and so were the sentence completion questions. Easy VA..! And I have never, ever said this..!
My take on the cutoff : 30 (at the very least)
QA : Easy again. Maybe not as simple as 1009's, but very nearly there. The only set of questions that I didn't feel like touching was the set on trafiic signals. It might have been doable, but with so many sitters around, why bother?
Cutoff should be around 20 in this section.
DI : Hmm.. I chose the wrong set. And spent just about 40 mins in this section. Combine the two, and you get a bad section score. I spent 20 mins on the CP/SP set. I guess I got it right, somehow. But, it was bad, and I wasn't confident. Should have left the set after the first 10 minutes and come back to it later, if time permitted. 1st set didn't look all that great, and did the other LR set (team selection). Did 3 of the 4 questions here (thought that will do the 4th after going through the other questions). Then did the DS questions. But, from what I have read here, the watches set was the sitter one. And I have missed atleast 3 sitters in DI for the second time running...! Need to improve..!
My take on the cutoff : 19-21
The overall cutoff should be around 85 for this paper, and that is on the lower side.
My scores:
VA : 21C, 3W : 60
QA : 13C, 3W : 36
DI : 9C, 1W : 26
OA : 43C, 7W : 122
Hoping TIME gives a tough mock for a change. Until we feel panicky while giving the paper, we can't be truly tested..!! (IMO, of course)
P.S. : Have never received so many groans in one post. Makes me think I under-estimated the difficulty of this paper! But,well, that's how I found the paper. What can I say!

found DI tough .. spent around 40 mins !!

IMHO, Your HUMBLE Di score would be more than enough for the cut-offs...
Do let me know whether you did, after the scores come out...
