This is the mail I got :
Dear Candidate,
Thank you for scheduling for CAT 2009.
Due to technical issues, the seat you were scheduled for is closed. We regrettably have rescheduled your CAT 2009 test. The CAT Registration number and confirmation number remains the same.
So check your mail now.
Your test site and test date may have been changed

What was your center initially
for my friend it was College of engineering Pune on the last date
i have the same center but on a different date though

I booked for same center but on second last date...haven't received any mail so far..can those ppl who got such mail share their location, date and time they scheduled initially?? it wud be helpful..just in case someone from same slot has missed...

didn't get any such mail yet.would be horrified if i did because i registered the second or third day itself.
the people getting such mails-did they reschedule their appointments and then the iims are again rescheduling their appointments?and didthey register very late?

guys did all of you got mails regarding this?
I mean to say that they are notifying everyone by mail in case of slot change right? I just pray that they dont change someone's (especially mine ) slot and dont even bother to send a mail!!!!
imagine one fine morning u wake up to log in to ur CAT login and find that ur date has been preponed by a week

Dear puys,
I am in a bit of a problem. I have been all of a sudden posted to pune (bangalore) and am expected to join pune office at the end of this month. Now, as you must have guessed, I have taken Bangalore as my center for the 6th December.
I am trying to Reschedule my appointment for the last three days for the 7th December slot and am disappointment with an error that is being indicated constantly.
Any dope ?
I called the helpline but its a mere IVRS and no person to help you. I have also mailed them, but i guess due to the long weekend, a reply is still awaited !
