Helpline is not just a recorded voice. Go to option 2 in the main menu which is about test registration and then press 0 which is the last option in submenu 2. You will be directed to an operator. Hope this helps

Kindly refer to my first post. I din get an entirely new centre. Initially I booked a centre, but my admit card had altogether a different centre in different city. This was due to some technical problem. So I called up that number. As it was due to some technical fault, they changed it back to my original one. New centre changes are not entertained I guess.

Same here! Just resent my admit card just in case. Waiting to see if there is any change in what the admit card says!

Prometric are great at mis-managing a management entrance exam!

Update: No change in the test centre given on the admit card Weirdos.
