TIME conducted AIMCAT 1009 starting today.SO I thought it's appropriate to open a thread to discuss the same with our dearest puys.

So let the show begin,please post your sectional and overall scores,with that the time spent on each section if possible.

Needless to say, cutoff predictions are always welcome.

Test Pattern-
Section 1 - LR/DI Questions - 20 Marking Pattern- +3 -1
Section 2 -VA/RC Questions- 30 Marking Pattern- +3 -1
Section 3 - QA Questions- 20 Marking Pattern- +3 -1

Here's my performance and personal analysis-

Section 1- LR/DI(40 mins)- 6 correct 1 wrong,that's 17...Well to be honest..this wasn't the toughest DI TIME has come up with,but it's fair to say it wasn't the easiest either (just an opinion,champs).If you ask me,the individual questions were a bonus...less investment and high returns.But at the same time,some of the sets could have been solved too.So all in all,I think I attempted a little less,but considering my DI phobia,i'm improving.

Section 2- VA(50 mins)- 11 right 13 wrong which makes the score 20..Shocking indeed...i've never missed VA cutoff this season.But as they say, there's always a first time.I've tried to keep the approach as RC centric as possible,but I guess I was reckless and paid the price.

Section 3- QA(45 mins)- 12 right 0 wrong...yes that's right.36.I think this was the easiest section.Not because of my marks but the time per question in this section was lesser than the previous aimcats.The logic of the questions was relatively easier to spot,and as a result the accuracy improved.Overall,a good outing in QA

Overall 73 (DI 17 VA 20 QA 36)
Average performance is the right term I suppose.
