Hey, thanks for the response.Its the offline form, and did go through the brochure but i couldnt find anything. Hence i just want to confirm the same with someone who has actually applied this year

i dispatched the form today.......but the problem is i filled my engineering branch in all the columns concerned with the main subjects of graduation..........i want to ask the seniors if that will b a problem and the form will accepted or not???? how will we know that the form is being recieved by tapmi ???

I would urge you to call the admission cell to clarify the things as you have already sent the filled form.

You can call admissions office at (0820)270 1000, 270 1008, 270 1010 any time between 9.30 am to 4.30 pm

Dear seniors

It might be very early to ask this question , but what do you think about the new courses offered at TAPMI like the MBA ( BFSI).

What would be the CAT cutoff for this course ( i am genuinely interested in this course as i want to get into finance) . And would it be safe to join a course which would be in its inception year (no doubts about the reputation of TAPMI , but then , just a general query).


Finally , it would be really nice if we could get some news about the summer placements this year .

Under the educational qualification(online form), do we have to enter only the 1st and 2nd year graduation marks and not the the final graduation mark? Most of the colleges ask the final graduation mark. In the form only the 1st and 2nd year marks are marked as mandatory...

Its never too early or late to ask!!

Well we have started these new programs keeping market & recruiters' demand in mind. A lot of thought process goes in launching new programs, so be assured on that front!

CAT Cutoff will be definitely lower than flagship PGDM program, but as it's first time we are launching this program, I can't give you exact numbers.

Summer placements have started and like most of other premier b-schools we also have rolling process where companies come & pick on their convenience. We will publish numbers once all get placed. Till date we have received good response from companies and good packages too

As final year students, who are appearing for CAT, won't have final year (3rd or 4th depending upon grad stream) marks , hence only 1st & 2nd year marks' column kept as mandatory. But if you have required information, please mention that in the application form.

If you still have doubts , call admissions office at (0820)270 1000, 270 1008, 270 1010 any time between 9.30 am to 4.30 pm.

i want to know wat will be the split for cat score, gd/pi, academics and work ex. i am a fresher how much chase i stand if i just clear the CAT cut of to get call. average acads and poor extra curriculum.

CAT Score/GMAT Score 21%
Application Rating 12%
Academic Background – SSLC / 10th 5%
Academic Background – PUC / 12th 5%
Group Discussion 12%
Written Communication 15%
Faculty panel Interview 30%
