The CAT application form only asks for the impersonal no. of years of experience and not the company name or job profile. Neither can we project good extra curricular achievements.
Are we supposed to send out proofs of such add-ons with our application form even if not asked for? I can't figure out any other way of letting them know for an interview call.

Well,
I must say, i like the question.
And i must also say that i really do not have much information regarding what the B Schools actually look for, in the profile. IIM A and IIM B have a documented formula that they use while dishing out calls, but other than that, i will be of little help
In last CAT application form, in addition to the No. of months' work exp, the sector of work experience was also asked. And no, we are not supposed to send out any additional documents other than the ones they ask for.
