I think that the answwer will be 10. The max number of fractions will be when u add up 1/10 10 times to get 1.

According to me, the question intends to ask the max number of fractions of the form 1/n , where n<=10 which when summed give 1 as the answer. If you take any n < 10 then u will basically get closer to 1 faster, and hence not reach a maximum ( we need max number of fractions)

Hi Guys,

I need a help here....I joined for AIMCAT test series by TIME

I want to know that joining one more Test series...say CL or IMS..is worth it?
What are the Pros and Cons of joining two test series...?

From my side I think advantage is you will get more questions to solve.
Disadvantage is the exhaustion because of writing too many Mock CAT's

Please give me your suggestion too....

One more thing if you think it is useful to join one more test series then which one is better CL or IMS test series?

Dude im in a similar situation as urs. I think IMS havent started their test series yet and CL has conducted 2 proctored(only 5 left). And standard of tests r more or less the same.

if u think ur fundas are good enough, and practice is all u need, go for 2 test series..
if, on the other hand, u think u've to work on basics, and aren't very confident yet, stick to one test series and utilize it to the maximum possible extent

IIFT entrance exam to be held on November 22

Once again MBA Universe have stuck their neck out and made an announcement. They have even quoted Dr. Mago, Registrar, IIFT,

No confirmation on the site iift.edu and nobody picked up the phone at IIFT when I tried to confirm.

IIFT 2008 paper is available on the the site under the RTI section as a public document .

Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi will be holding the IIFT entrance exam date for the coming session of 2010-2012 on Sunday, November 22. IIFT has confirmed this development with MBAUniverse.com. This means that IIFT entrance exam, held on the fourth Sunday of November each year, will remain unaffected from CAT's 2009 10-day long schedule.

According to Dr. L.D. Mago, Registrar, IIFT, the exam will be held in about 55 centers, across 20 cities in India. Said Dr Mago, “The IIFT exam will be held in about 55 centers spread across 20 cities in India.”

Though CAT entrance exam has changed its format to a computer based test, IIFT is maintaining its traditional pencil and paper format. This year candidate application fee for taking the test is Rs. 1500, which was Rs. 1300 for last year.

IIFT entrance exam, in 2008, was held for two hours and consists of total 150 questions. The number of sections got increased to six from four which was seen in IIFT entrance exam 2007. The sections were Reading Comprehension, Verbal Ability, General knowledge, Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation.
IIFT was established in 1963 by the Indian Government. The institute specializes in International business.

im confused between CL and IMS as CL has only 5 left and i think IMS havent started as yet. Please help!

dude.......IMS classes are going on as per there AD in times of india....and i guess around this time last year, thr test series had already started .......better u chk out once again with IMS office.........

dude,on IIFt site it is mentioned that exam will be held every year on 4th sunday of the month November and the Brochure and application form will be available from 2nd week of july........Though the exact dates are not mentioned.
