well abt the laptop i am thinking if we can have ne bulk deals on some laptops..
sony vaio would be a good option its now a bit cheaper ...

do u know how much cheaper it will be if we go for bulk deal. I was thinking for dell , as vaio is bit expensive , but if it comes as same price as that of dell after bulk deal then im fine with it , infact wud be gr8.
Lan gaming , what i heard is that ppl do play in hostel , but havent seen much of action in life@imi thread for lan gaming. hopes that there are hardcore gamers in our senior batch and we are anyday ready for gaming.

Welcome to the IMI family.First of all congratulations to all u guys.

@shreyem : We do had lan gaming sessions in Adhchini hostel which really caught up in 3 rd semester. Mostly it was CS. we also tried our hands at multiplayer AOE.
We also have lan game competition in kritva( the annual fest of IMI) which is organised by Systematica.Teams from IIFT, MDI and other b schools also participate in this fest.
@sugandh : thnx for clarifying dat gender . We already have one sugandha in our batch.
