The poll can be made more useful if u incorporate a few more options!

nice initiative to start with the poll...
i have some suggestions

Since the main objective of the poll is to track the status of on hold and WL ppl, i suggest the poll options could be

1. Final Convert PGDM - Not Joining
2. Final Convert PGDCM - Not Joining
3. On Hold PGDM - Not Joining
4. On Hold PGDCM - Not Joining
5. WL PGDM - Not Joining
6. WL PGDCM - Not Joining

These options would provide clarity on the status of both WL and On Hold ppl...Also people with both converts (PGDCM and PGDM) and not joining either would tick on both the options 1 & 2 . Those with both converts but choosing PGDM or PGDCM may take one of the options 1 & 2.
