I think 9 in obc should clear, but no point speculating... i'll tell u reasons why though....
No: of seats @ Ahd : ~40
No: of seats @ Cal : ~70
No: of seats @ Bgr : ~40
No: of seats @Lknw: ~40
almost 190 seats.... +40/+70 @ IIM-K... (am not sure if its 40 or 70)... anyways as you can infer chances are high..... since 120 is the number of calls given out under obc...
Thanks for all the info shared!!! It is indeed very helpful...I have been waitlisted in IIMK at 6 in SC category. I can understand speculating may not be gud idea, but still, can anyone give chances of me converting it ??....
I delved into last yr. threads..till the end no one was having an idea of the no. of final admission calls given. Do the institute provides any official statement later citing the no. of final admission calls given? if not from where are we getting the final admission calls as 768 or 783 or 800+.This yr. too we dont knw the official no. of final admission calls given..no use of speculating them to be 600+ it will jst be vague.so, rather focusing on this we should concentrate on what is left with us.
I am also waitlisted here but i am happy to join Nitie for mba in Operations (fees is 1/3rd of that of K) and off course u can't give Mumbai a damn!!!!!

whist the information won't be available in public domain the numbers given out are from student counsel members who'll have information from the adminstrators... The numbers quoted though an approximation is a fair figure so you can trust it....
Anyways hope u convert the call and have the happy dilemna between choosing an IIM or some other institute.... All the best...!!

no hope at all... this large no to be converted..
Its around 50 or 75 depending on if they are implementing 18% reservation or 27% reservation..... the information in the bulletin suggests 27% but the information given in the site is "it'll be implemented in a phased manner".....
there are 200+ OBC seats in A,B,C,K, and 120 selected +94WL no: your order of merit would be around 210.... its not impossible bro, but its quite high a number...... Do pray, miracles do happen....
