1. Try and see if you can get some more extra curriculars in your resume and if you are sure about the field you want to get into say finance or marketing, do some research in it. That will help you in the PI process

2. For last year's essays, do a bit of googling. I am sure you will be able to find them

hi mba_candidate,
i am working on the list of institutes to which i should apply for. only ISB and great lakes are the ones so far because i dont want to spend 2 years for studies any more. by the time i will get into the institute, i will have around 4 years of work exp.
please tell me about the points that you got from the consultants about the potential of this institute..also if you have any other institute in mind in india.. please do let me know...
also i want to do MBA from an institute which has standalone 1 year program so IIMs and XLRIs are ruled out.
let me know your opinion on this..
