I had called up Ratna Madam sometime ago with the same query.........She saiod that we need to send a written application, signed by us giving all our details...........we can sign the same and send it through e-mail...........I am planning to both send it by e-mail and courier tomorrow............The money will be refunded by an A/C checque that will be sent to our correspondence address...........I presume we also need to mention our correspondence address again in the withdrawal request letter............Hope it helps..............
