hi everyone. i finished my engineering in comp.sci. in 2008 and have enrolled in a diploma in embedded systems and vlsi design. I am thinking of giving the CAT entrance exam 2009. The main reason for me thinking of getting into management is higher pay. I admit that i have no work experience. However i dont have interest exactly in marketing and finance streams. I would be very glad if there were streams that are related to computer science subjects like IT, networks, etc. I have come across Systems Management but dont know the various subjects as options to select from; from it. How is Systems Management? Is it in demand? If possible, can you enlist some of the companies that recruit system management students? Apart from enginering related streams, i am interested in Operations Management, risk management and quality control topics. Can you please give me an overview of all the sreams and the hottest placement wise?

I would be grateful if you could enlighten me about this.
