c we have a fn which has a negative value throuhgout but is non negative at x=2,, so 2 is one of the root of the eqn , but the fn is has all other neg. values so we conclude that both of its root are 2 so the fn is of form
f(x)= k(x-2)^2, where k is a -ve no.
for x=0 f(x)=-10
so k= -2.5
so x= -2 gives f(x)=-40
