Well fellows,
i am a guy from eastern india.currently i am working in an it farm.i aspire to be a future manager.but,i cannot prepare myself for the cat working.so i am planning to quit my job.well i have some questions
1>i am 24 now so if i get into cat ,i will be 28.
2>will my work exp of 2yrs will be considered?
3>i have <60% marks in 10+2 so will it cause problems for my admission or getting jobs?will my work exp be considered then?
Anyone who helps me will be great

why would u take 4 yrs to prepare for cat??. Start now and u can bring wonders to ur score. as far as the +2 %tage is concerned, its does not really matter. Yes it does have some weitage in the final scores but u can always compensate that with ur cat score.
Work ex always counts but u need to plan that how would u justify the time period of siiting at home.
u just can't say that i left the job for preparing for cat. Thats not a logical reason.

I have 9 years of workex, there are people with 25+ years of experience doing their MBAs from IIMs.

Acads depends on IIMs to IIMs
