An easier paper than last year. Quant was much easier and was of moderate difficulty level. DI was very easy. Verbal was easier in terms of language and choices though accuracy would play a major role.

each question was having 4 marks each ....Quant was easy than last year ..but DI was little bit confusing ....

Going thru the discussions, I think the focus has now completely shifted to reasoning.

40 Questions in VA!! Thats something!!!! One fallout maybe that institutes may now decide on sectional weigtages instead of overall.

Well analysis goes like this....

Quant-average toughness.
DI DS-DI was calculation intensive,1 set in LR was simple and 1 in DI.All others :eyepop::eyepop::eyepop:.
Verbal-40 questions were too much to handle but sentence correction,alternatives and fill in blanks was easy.
Over all 29 attempts :death: and expect about 90% accuracy (I usually get it).

I cant understand puys telling that this paper was simpler.I felt 2007 was a lot easier whether quant or DI LR.

Well, i m in support of you but i also believe that today's managers need to be have better communication skills despite having analytical abilities.

So, i guess VA will play a big role as a deciding factor.

OT: Even we are being taught 3 subjects of communciation.

its true comm is imp but interviews are a better place to judge that
(I havent seen the paper) but a weird paper where ultimately luck decides -dont know how good that criteria is
