I am interested in following HR sector. But EABS doesn't have HR. However I'm opting for Finance. Are there any electives on HR/OB which I can take along with Finance?

Though we dont have HR as specialization but we put lot on emphasis on subjects like Organization Theory, Organization Physcology, Human Resource Management to name a few. You would be glad to know we have Dr T Prasad joining us full time for OB & HR. Dr Prasad was earlier Associate Professor at NITIE. So, there is lot of strength coming in HR as well at EABS.

We believe with understanding people's issue no specilization is complete as you have work in a team everywhere. Therefore, I think with Finance it is a good choice to take HR subjects.

Our course is starting from 18th of May, have you spoken to somebody from admissions team yet !!

Hello ma'am
I got selected for the PGDM course. I'll have to pay the fees by 13th. I want to take a full bank loan. Is it possible? Cos I contacted with HDFC Bank, and they said it may not be possible for me to provide the full loan and there's no provision for providing the full loan being tied up with EABS. Can I get a full loan in any way?
How are the placements this year? Has 100% been achieved? Pls specify min, avg and max salary.

Hii, Almost all the incoming students got the loan done through HDFC or SBI. I hope you must have got the loan approval letter for 7.5 lakhs send along with the letter of offer from HDFC. EABS has tie up with both the banks to provide you loan at discounted rates. For any assistance regarding the loan, contact the admissions office.

I am interested in joining executive MBA. I will have total 6 years of experience by 31st August 2009.

I want some information on EMBA.

What kind of degree will be awarded?

Who will be the faculities? (I dO not want names but from which insttiutes they will be)?

Do you have library? Is it accessible on late evening (may upto 8PM) especially on week ends?

What will be sysllabus in forth semister? I have gone through it. Can you please throw more light on Master's dissertation? Will there be classes in 4th semister or the complete 4th semister will be project work if any.

Dear Manish:

You will get Executive MBA degree. The degree will be awarded in accordance with a foreign university, EABS and an accrediated Indian University.

EABS has pool of top-grade faculty members. For list of faculty members you can visit www.eabs.ac.in .

Yes, the library facilities are very good with over 4000 titles and online access to EBSCO, Proquest etc ie with access of over 10,000 journals. The library is open all days from 9.00 am till 8.30pm.

The fourth semester is an elective & master's dissertation semester. You would be doing few electives and you will have an opportunity to research on the domain area and understand it from broader angle.
