Hello Mam,

I checked the status of my courier and it mentions that the form has been delivered at EABS,Pune on 28th Feb,2009.

Till now ,I have not received any email regarding my GD/PI.
Does that mean I have not been shortlisted ?:(:(

Amit and Anupam,

I cannot comment on the public forum about the individual selections & rejections. We are in process of sending interview calls. It is a long & tedious process of reading each & every application form, getting the comments of selection board, evaluating the essays. You must understand that we dont want to make any wrong selections. Therefore, it takes time.

My advise dont loose heart so early ...... things will be brighter.:xmas:

I just hope, I convert the call.:xmas:

Does the LOR needs to be in any special format?

As I have already mentioned ,my PL has left the oragnization ,so the recommendation cannot be on the company letter head.Will dat create a problem? Does the recommendation needs to be presented on their current oraganization's letter head or a plain paper recommendation with their signature and designation will suffice the requirement ?

83.600% xat exam
71% Xth
70% XIIth
avg 53% til second year
appered for final.

is it good accadimic for apply to yor institute.
pls help me out

The LOR should reflect your past performance, you capabilities and any incident where you have performed well.

Your PL can send a email to you highlighting your achievements. The recommendation should be varifiable (for eg if we cross check your reco, you former PL should say that he has written it).

We will meet on 8th Feb.

Dont worry, we will give you exam leaves. This year few people have taken exam leave to appear in the exams.
