It should not make much difference. But I agreed upon with Maneesh. Because, there is no need to fill your permanent address twice. Anyways, we ll clarify with admission office and get back to you. Or otherwise, TAPMI admission cell people are more helpful in this regard, feel free to call them up in this regard and get clarified!

The last date for issue of handbook and forms is 1st December, 2008
The last date for the receipt of completed forms is 6th December, 2008.

TAPMI accepts GMAT scores for Indian candidates. And the last dates for applying through GMAT is the same as for candidates applying through CAT. Hope I answered your querry.

Although am sure you went through the placement page of TAPMI (the link of which has been provided) you may also find the placement brouchure of TAPMI Placements 2009 usefull. The soft copy is available on the institute website.

A gist of Placements 2008 @ TAPMI
Average :7.5 Lakhs
Highest :18.0 Lakhs

The entire batch was placed within 6 hours and about 60 companies came to recruit on Day Zero. TAPMI follows a dual offer system which allows you to accept two offers during placements and declare at the end of day which company you wish to confirm. These offers are over and above any pre placement offer that you have received. This makes sure you have three confirmed offers to choose from. These dual offers also exclude international offers which are over and above the regular offers.

In addition, just to clarify a company that makes you an offer during placements (TAPMI ensures spot offers during placement interviews) does not count as an offer (while counting for your dual offer system) untill you accept it. Therefore you may recieve multiple offers from different companies in those 6 hours which you choose to reject which dont get counted in your tally of offers received.
