Ok ..ul kno abt the form through national dailies or the website...and there is hardly any diff between the placements of pg and ib course as the placements happen together ..there is no diff in terms of placements...

Guyz, if sum1 doesnt have an experience letter from the company, can he/she show the salary slips as proof of experience? Also do dey give any importance to work-ex of 5-6 mnths, which includes 2 months training as well?
I am asking this not just for KJ Somaiya, but with regards to oder cols as well (such as welingkar etc)..

The form release dates can be found out from the newspapers and the websites, the GD/PI process takes place after ur CET exams.......placements wise there is no difference between IB and PGDM......the difference is there in the syllabus for the second year.......the PGDM guys will have to specialize in either HR, Marketing, ops, or finance, but the IB guys will spec in International Business.

Hope this helps u

there is no straight answer to ur question.....most of the colleges need only exp. letters.....very few B-Schools count salary slips as work ex proof........again the matter of 4-5 months.....this is a very subjective decision.......in my view......if u have worked in a famous company......and the work u did was really different and, if u got to learn a lot, then maybe that will create an impact......u see u cannot say that they will not give impoortance to work-ex less than 5 months.....its how u justify it during ur PI that matters..... at the end the decision of including this work-ex in ur college application form shouild be totaly yours

I have one query...
Does the institute fix seperate cutoff (moderately low )for experienced professionals?
I am not sure abt SIMSR but i have heard so abt some other reputed institutes.
