Hi,
I was just going thru the general instructions to be read before filling up the form... It says tht:
"Degree certificate or certificate stating percentage of marks obtained in the pre-final / final year examination, as applicable"

In case of Mumbai University graduates, the degree certificate only mentions the class obtained by the student and not his/her percentage. Neither do we have any other document which states the overall percentage in the course that we have done (apart from marksheets). What is to be done in such a case?

One more thing... which percentage should we mention... Overall or Final yr?

Hi

It says after submission ,completed online form must reach NITIE within 7 working days.After submitting the form it said that we need to send xerox of all semesters' gradecard...& unfortunately my 7th semester gradecard is missing.It would take some time in getting a duplicate issued from college.

Please suggest what to do.

you will have to send a copy of all the marksheets and the final degree certificate...as for the mark that u need to mention....just mention your final year % as in mumbai university only final year marks are considered for the degree certificate.

there is little u can do now...just try to get a duplicate ASAP and post it to NITIE...once u do that call up the admission department and tell your problem....n hope for the best

Well i talked to them on fone...they asked me to submit rest of the documents as of now & send the missing grade card later.They also asked to send a fax to them stating my problem.
Hope this works out fine.

SC/ST cutoff last year were about 10 to 12 %tile lower than those for the general category...

the criteria for GD PI calls is never disclosed so it would be tough to say if there were any such condition....but all said and done the cutoff for GD PI calls last year was 98.2 %tile and no one, in the general category, with a score lower than that was given a call for the PGDIM course.

If 98.2%tile was lowest to get call for PGDIM,

then was there a diff. cut off for calls given to PGDITM??

What is the lowest %tile of a student in the PGDITM batch?
