1)In BIM site it's mentioned cutt off for BC -75 percentile last year. It means normal BC quota or OBC non-creamy?

2)wat was the last to buy form last year?

3)Can you tell me wt was the minimum percentile last year that that BIM gave admission to?(Both in General & BC)

Hi,

Then mentioned cut-off is for BC (Tamil Nadu) only. Till now BIM has not taken the creamy / non-creamy layer factor as far as our knowledge.

About the last date to buy forms wil let u knw as soon as possible.

The minimum percentile increases every year with the fact that total number of students attendin CAT increases. So its some where 4 to 5 percentile more compared to last year..

Hope i have cleared ur doubt.

Since the number of students appearing for CAT is expected to increase this year.. the cut off is also expected to increase marginally by around 1 to 2 %ile for OC, and 2 to 3 % for BC and SC,ST. Also your profile matters a lot.

18 months exp in wipro technologies

Do u think i stand a chance to get it in BIM?? I also fall under BC. Will the histoyr of arrears be of any hinderance?? Please do let me know whether u know of any students who study with a similiar profile!!!

While admissions your full profile is checked. If you have workex than your UG will matter less and work and other cocurrics activities generally take precidence.
For now my advice would be not to worry so much and prepare well for CAT.Best of luck!!
