C- avg. GD, decent interview (fumbled towards the end)

My take: Do not be nervous, jittery or fidgety. In my B interview the interviewers specifically asked me to move back my chair so that they could observe my body language, and I was really nervous. Always try to reinforce your personality trait with a specific example, and don't be misled by the interviewer's assent to your every answer, it might just be to coax you to say something that you shouldn't have said..

My PI started with Acads from B.E specialization then moved on the managerial subjects i had then i was questioned on the technical papers then on general issues

word of advice for future aspirants goin thru this thread.........
in all my interviews i had a feeling tht GD performance makes a lot of difference to the way ur PI is conducted
performed well in B n L gds n interviews were too cool in fact never even felt lk i ws being interviewed..... they were lk short n sweet.... moreover had a feelin tht probably it ws kinda pre decided(unless i screwed up the PI of course)
n K GD ws fish market wid low on content as well and i decided to stay out except fr 2 short entries n all thru the interview i ws put under lot of stress
besides if u hav a different or not so common profile it always helps coz they look at gettin diversity in the batch n i guess my merchant navy profile ws always smthn tht evoked interest
nd in interviews try n be ur usual self

P.S: ppl, with YEAR BACK profile can contact me(..on orkut) AFTER they receive their interview calls(A and C calls purely on cat score, good luck for that ). i dint convert my A, i was pondering ki what else i could have done better to convert that call, n what other ppl with such a profile can do.
P.P.S:i have good extra-curriculars. international level programming contests participation, and BBC quiz participation. etc etc Those were a great deal help ofcourse.

Anyways, the entire purpose of this post was to tell you that you can convert ur calls even with such a disastrous acads record. I am not regular on PG forums, but i'd love to help. I request ki mods can also post my msg in relevant threads, or can even make a separate thread in this regard.
