| How to handle this non-creamy layer issue? -

Please help me someone ,
Its regarding non-creamy layer of OBC category .
I belong to OBC category .
I am working in one of the India's leading IT company . So if i show my work experience i cant avail the benefit of it because my salary is above limit . So i decided to quit the job and do study .
Now problem is that , I cant take benefit of work ex -which is about 11 months .
I heard that , government is in the process increasing incom-slab for non-creamy layer from 2.5L to 6/5 L . If this happens i can use both benefits of category and work ex .
But we have to submit CAT forms very soon . So I am in dilemma , whether to show work ex in CAF form or not ?
