Hi.. Can anyone tell me when is the CET notification expected and also the relevant sites.

Hi all,
Please give me suggestion :

I have sent my CAT application for on 11th of August , according to speed post tracker system , it was delivered on 14th of August at IIM B.
I checked my CAF status 100 times but no luck. Even I called IVR number of IIM B , same response , Form yet not received.

I am really in dilemma , whether I will be able to sit for the exam or not.

1. I have photo copy of the original form.
2. Speed post document ( through internet)

Please any body suggest me what should I do now.

mail the concerned authorities regarding the same.. or better still call them up and tell your problem... do tell them that you have the xerox and speed post receipt... by the way you would also be having the 2nd copy of the bank's slip ??... you can mention that too...

Hi munna, thanks for suggestion.

I called them twice and mentioned the issue proeprly, but no luck. Even I told them that I have a photo copy , speed post receipt and 2nd copy of bank slip. They have only one response , nothing to do, what ever applications they have received, allreday updated.

So, I do notknow to whom I have to speak.

this is rather perplexing.instead of relying the data reg the delivery of the speed post material from the net,approach the postal authorities and clarify.if the data given at the site is correct after that too, then the iim is responsible for the safe custody of the application.during such needs always try to reach someone high up in the administration.office clerks will be least sympathetic.get in touch with the admission coordinator directly.the best possible option could be to visit iimb and talk to them.

You sure have a problem in hand dude.But there is no use in calling the IIMB people on the phone. They have a standard reply(we can't help you:huh to all the problems of the aspirants.
The only solution that I can think of is : Send a mail to IIMB people specifying ur problem along with the scanned copy of the Bank's 2nd slip and the reciept of the Speed/Registered post through which you sent the form. If possible you can visit the IIMB campus but I don't think they will let you enter the campus...only an insider can help you in this regard.

as someone already said , you should definitely try to contact someone higher up in the hierarchy... ask your friends or relatives in the bangalore to get hold of contact details of some admission official OR look at the website for some information in this regard... must say that this is an extremely pathetic, irresponsible and inefficient attitude on the part of iims...

I am a fresher & am writing the cat this year for the Ist time so obviously i have circled the bubbles corresponding to 0-0-0 for work experience period (in months) in my cat form but along with that I have circled the bubble corresponding to the 0 in the work experience sector field ....Kindly tell have i done something wrong .And if at all it is wrong then will such an issue be strong enough to reject my form....... Please do reply

Well i did it bcoz i thought my category would be none hence i marked a zero .....but in my head there are thoughts that I shud have left it.....:huh:
