yes i agree....but it sud be like dis na ki 1 puy is nominating a certain puy only once...nxt tym he/she wud hav to nominate sm1 else...i also agree dat more tha nominations wud be...better wud be the team 15....

i think for now ppl shud only nominate themselves so that we have a pool... then once we have the pool... lets say on the last but one day all of us wud put in our nominations at more or less the same time so that evrything is thoda organised..... othrwise itwud b a difficult task for navneet to keep count....!!!!
n yeah.. more importantly.... any succes on the coach n manager thing puys...???
