We cant get a better manager than you
Hmmm I could see the nominations for the team , These are mind boggling.
And Its really tough to make choices
I think we should decide upon the various criterias and due weightage to them.
And give points according to that.. The Average of points (given by coaches and manager) shall decide the Team
I think following basic criterias should be there for sure
1) Mock Scores {Since we have to fight with other teams too }
2) Enthusiasm towards Meets and Contribution
Rest you ppl chip In your thots....
@all nominees whether you make it to NCR Dream Team or not... You'll be the part of it.... n we expect a lot of participation from all of you A promise that i couldnt keep.... | | | | | The Following 8 Users Say Thank You to made_for_iims For This Useful Post:

@ prez_bbe
Great idea to get sponsorships.....
@ made_for_iims
I think we should freeze the coaches and manager and then decide on the team....most of the nominations are in....
As for the selections I feel we should have similar paramters as followed for dream team selection in the previous years.... | | | | | The Following 4 Users Say Thank You to sahilbansal For This Useful Post:

Well puys since there has been an all round support for our beloved coaches ( excellent enterprising manager too included!!!) and nobody has offered any new names, we must take the next step.
Lets put in their name and then allow them some time to come out with selection criterias(transparency issues etc.). But before that I hope all our coaches are comfortable with their selections. Coz its a position of responsibility and one might be little hesitant due to time constraints etc. A formal post from all four of them will then ratify their candidature.
Let the game begin.... CAT MOCK story

Let the game begin.... | well i completely agree with the formal post thingie... but i think we would rather wait till the time mentioned in the post... there are many puys who do not have access to PG in the day time so we are just waiting for their posts confirming/contesting the nominations | | | | | The Following 10 Users Say Thank You to adityacooool For This Useful Post:

Some people just cant help but be a looser....some stupid has just messed up the nomination sheet on google docs http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?k...Q-swrUUg&hl=en
Its sickening to imagine such looosers on PG.....Guys I think the management of the team is gonna have tough time shortlisting guys for d team and strategizing stuff so may be we can hurry up on the management's finalization.
In light of no further nominations for the Manager's post i would like to seek my approval from ya guys...so that i can begin working on preparing the rough drafts for selection of other players alongside the senior pros on d thread.
I hope my excitement is not considered cockiness ( I would love anyone better than me managing the team but its a request lets hurry up a bit) My competitior analysis tells me that MUmbai already has a manager and they are finalizing a logo...i am also trying to develop some logo for d team but first we need to finalize the name .....loads of work guys so hurry up | | | | | The Following 7 Users Say Thank You to prez_bbe For This Useful Post:

and as far as mumbai team logo and manager are concerned, the competition is not related to how quickly a team is ready and fighting, but rather how well balanced and well represented the team is. so i would request all to please be patient and relax... the management will be finalised by tomorrow evening and they will still have whole 4 days to finalise the team. and anyways we cant choose a team unless the official nomination timings are over. which is 6th july 10 PM.
sotillthen, sit back, relax and bask in the glory of being the favourites to win the league
cheers,
