Posting after a long time....This Premier League concept is brilliant, since last time around there were only 3 teams only few people could get in so this year many new faces could actually get in a team and get benefitted from this whole process. Also i liked that we are starting the teams early in July itself...And yeah since teams are now divided on location basis it will allow team mates to meet each other and discuss, this i feel will be a great advantage since last time around when i was in a team we used to have online conferences but nothing can replace face to face discussions.

I was a part of BBLT team last year and gained a lot which cant b put in words. This year again I am giving CAT, preparations are slowly picking up...would have lovd to be a team member but i got a chance last year, this year we should bring new people on board and xperienced junta shud be there to guide them...

Guys, i think we are at a stage, where we should atleast be sure as to who all the coaches and the manager are, so that they also can sit together and brainstorm on the team to be selected and believe me, its not gonna be a easy for the selectors.
Btw, just so that all of you know... even before the teams have been selected, NCR Dream Team is being touted as the favourites to win the league....

Coming back to the Coaches and Manager's issue, i nominate the following names.... if you are happy with the position holders, Thank me

and if you have someone else in mind, do share with us his/her/its name...
if, by tomorrow noon, no more suggestions are given, the undernamed will be selected for the listed positions and they will be responsible for the impartial selection of the team.....

VA coach- Tanveer sir

. if you are from the NCR region and u havent heard his name on and off PG, i might as well doubt your seriousness for CAT. One of the most helpful people around, he has been actively helping newbies and oldies on PG with their VA problems for along time. As a Cheerleader/part time coach of BBLT last year, he was instrumental in helping them get the sucess thy have got i believe he is the best possible VA coach that we, or for that matter any team, can get.

QA Coach- Vineet.nitd

if you are a newbie on the forum, u need to know thi Vineet has been given the reputation of Quantasaurus on PG. which, loosely translated, means quant god. he has been around for some time now. one of the most humble and simple people i have met, he has a mind sharper than a knife. he is clear with his fundas, is thorough with all the tricks of the trade in QA and most important of all, he has been there, done that. i am sure that Vineet's association with the dream team as a coach would surely be a very fruitful one, both for the team and for himself

DI Coach- made_for_iims

this guy is no doubtedly one of the coolest people i have come across on and off PG. always enthusiastic to share gyan and tips,he has, to his credit 3 CAT super scores. all in high 99%iles. DI is his strong point with his score never dropping below 99.6%ile in any of the CAT. he has a repertoire full of fundae and shortcuts and has clear concepts on all DI related areas. as a part of teh DT and the BBLT last year, he has been with the best and has been amongst the best that PG has ever seen.... i was assured that all his weekends till the 3rd week of november are already booked for the NCR DT

Manager- Prez_bbe

i dont know this guy personally, i dont know how well/not so well he is scoring in the mocks and neither hav i interacted with him ever. but the fact that this guy is so enthusiastic about DT and that he has already thought of what is to be done and how it is to be done, makes him my favourite for the post of a manager. the effort he is putting in, even before the DT has come into being, is commendable

. i am sure that if this guy is selected as a manager of the team, he will be a positive impact on th team

so guys, here are the nominations for the coach and the managers' position. please come up with the comments, compliments, brickbats, arguements etc. and lets have a constructive discussion if any of you does not construse to the said nominations

@JLT and humaare Aarav Bhai !!!! if they agree to the responsibility , then it will be a pleasure to have them as well .......they have put in lots for PG and deserve a standing ovation....and rest @adityacool,,,,its absolutely a perfect analysis by you.....agree to all the names.....

attitude- i did not nominate JLT coz he, being a first year student at IIMB, is very busy these days, and will hardly get any time to coach. but anyways, he has agreed to help the NCR DT as an when he is free or if we need him...

and aarav has already asked us to revise the nominations coz he would not be available full time as well.... and anyways, as andy_jaan said, he is the Quantguru of the whole of the PG, and associating him with one team would be errr.... sort of unethical...if i might say

Though would be missing JLT and Aarav sir. But our coaches are perfect successors to take their positions of responsibility. Anyways we can always ask JLT and Aarav for their expert advice as and when they find it feasible to communicate(something on the lines of Godfathers.)

I agree with Adityacool and prakhar_g on the nominations(really good choices) .
Lets finalize the coaches and manager, if evrbdy agrees to the nominations put in by adityacool, and then let them do the honours of choosing the best team possible!!!

Can v devise a mechanism to finalize the coaches and manager??

tHanks everyone ...for the overwhelming response to my efforts on the thread....Well i was contemplating getting sponsorship for our gang as I think we can perform a lot better by having weekly meets and that wud require some money ....say around 5 thousand for the season....Wat say guys....if u all agree lets start working on the proposal
