I guess for you India United will be a good one. Or you can join Kolkata also. I guess NCR is going to have lots of nominations and it may hamper your chances

Who will be featured in the India united Team???
Just got this doubt.
Can anyone please clarify?

My Blog / My Mock Scores
CAT-2007: 99.43%ile (2 calls NO Converts)
CAT-2008: A pathetic total of 122 only.

If everything is coming your way, BEWARE; you might be on the wrong lane.

How does PG HQ plan to verify the scores of a member of any team, just in case it decides to do a random check?

Cheers..
Since it has been made clear that if someone in a team is found to be faking scores, whole team gets disqualified. So Captains will verify the scores before publishing, and in case some anomaly is caught , we do have our contacts in various coaching institutes to get the real data

Hmmm..good query, it is not necessary that 11 have to be enrolled for AIMCATS. If we find out that very few people are taking 6th July mocks, we will push the schedule one week .

My friends from Chandigarh, Jammu, Bhopal, Ahmedabad , Lucknow etc etc. i.e. People who belong to small towns where the number of users is not large enough to form a seperate team.

This concept is next phase in evolution of DTs, UDTs etc. So no teams besides the 8 this year. Think carefully, and you will find the answers. Read my first post on this thread again for better clarity.

Rohit

Ahmedabad...... small town???
fewer ppl.... yes, unfortunately....
Hope by the second season we will have a saviour like Mr. Ambani(heard he'll be going for the Ahm team in the next season) and a good PG team....

@moderators...
don't you think that a single team for the Rest of India will be too less...
I guess two teams would do justice to the count of ppl....

Now, generally speaking one tends to score higher in percentile terms in CL, CF, or even IMS mocks in comparison to TIME. So how can we compare percentile scores across all these instis in the same breath? You see with all the goodies on offer, one might be tempted to take, say PT tests just for the sake of it . Whatever happens, this remains a super idea and 'am looking forward to a wonderful PGPL. And be advised everyone, Hyderabadis won't be pushovers like the Chargers.

Well, I would have loved to have a BBLT this season atleast. The focus of BBLT last year wasn't picking and choosing a team which had people with great (near-great) percentiles and then just providing them a platform to interact in order to perform well. It had more to do with motivating eachother . Also, DT and UDT have become brand names over the last 2-3 years which people yearn to have against their names. So we will have to leave an existing brand in order to create a new brand name over the inaugral seasons probably. Change is always opposed/ questioned at first; but if it is good, then it is eventually accepted. I hope this is how this league proceeds too

To resolve the ambiguity of varying percentiles across different insti mocks, the best performance by a member should be considered among all the insti mocks he/she writes. This should apply to all the dream teams and should even out and present a level playing field. It would be wise to form a team of good mix of ppl taking diff insti mocks

Hmmm...Best performance in case of multiple tests is fine. But, you see most of the folks from Hyd will be taking TIME, similarly Mumbaikars generally mob SIMCATs and NCR guyz will go for CL. This of course is a very raw generalization and may turn out to be incorrect as well. I guess it's a necessary evil and we can live with it.
