I have marked it as option 4. The explanation from IMS states option 4 does not include everything and does not talk about classically-inspired torso. But option 1 also does not talk about it. i mean idealized torso does not necessarily mean classically inspired torso. Q40]
I have marked option 2 as an option though i had come down to 1 & 2.
Option 1 does not talk about trade at all. and in option 2 200 BC to AD 220 is not mentioned but durability is mentioned.
Please explain me how to decide between the answers in such cases.
I think all the options were very close and it was a nice paper setting ionce again by IMS... |
About Q36:
I guess this is a real tricky one. All the options were really close. I marked (1) as in the passage it is no where mentioned that Donatello's David is weak though it is mentioned that his arms appear weak due to lack of muscles. Only option (1) had this appearing weak thing. All the other options talked about him being weak.
I know this isnt conclusive but ....
About Q40
Durability was a hallmark of Han dynasty and not the thing for which it is famous for. Also in option (2), Roman Empire being a contemporary is not mentioned.
The real close question is (5). But that missed the durability thing. Hence (1) is the most correct option
