Faculty is the base for any institution and SMOT has one of the best pool of faculties . Most of them are from industries ,who have diversified experience. The interactions are different from the conventional methods.
The institution follows the case based study and follows the Harvard Business Review very closely. Relating every concept that we learn in the course is essential and the faculties exactly try do the same.
Also, the institution was visited by CEO's like Cavin Kare CK Ranganathan, Indian Bank Chairman , Vodafone CFO and many others .The management has a splendid industry relationship and provides many opportunities for the students to prosper with knowledge through various means.
The institute also holds different clubs such as Euphoria for welfare and have frequent debate sessions such as supernova and faceoff !!!
25% of the course is handled by foreign faculties and SMOT has a tie up with CAMC and St.Marys university ,Halifax, canada.
