There were 60 in mainlist and 38 waitlisted
i.e out of 98, very few hav joined.
As per information in this group, information of around only 40 ppl is available.
Is it a symbol of apprehension in the minds of selected ones or the others hav an alternate option?
Can we hav an estimate of ppl in the extended waitin list?

Think rationally. Your inherent inclination, Future prospects, approachability, classmates, a guidance from a senior (other IIMites),friends etc

Lets try some estimation for those joining

Extended WL: 1(nsddn i.e myself)

Now all those who made it increment the corresponding counters as above

hello manu....i cant find a reason why he is unable to release u bcoz its ultimately ur life and ur decision....as far as i know there is a 3 month notice period in each company....but if u really wanna join IIM S then u have to deposit 3 months basic salary in case if u have given ur resignation very late......

ok lets go for some calculation....
we have 28 in orkut community and nearly same in yahoo group..
now if am correct only 2 of them opted out till now....so 26

again i assume 10-15 odd number peoples who r neither on orkut nor on yahoo...

IIM S also gave some new calls to extended wl people...let it be 25 and out of which if 5 guys join....

so the total figure=26+15+5=46

thats the final call for me.....46 guys for 2008-2010

please correct me if i'm wrong....
and please comment as it wud be helpful for some guys.
