Just resigned from TCS yesterday
My hobbies are cricket ,listening to music etc

And regarding Debayan's question of what to do between classes,I would suggest Cricket

And regarding girls,I hav seen quite a few of them in Orkut.And also chatted with one.She is surely joining.So increase the count to 2

And since I am in HR ,can expect quite a few in our class

currently i m in B.Tech (CS) final year at IET lucknow.
got campus selection at TCS.
so i m bit confused whether to join IMI or go for CAT next year...

If you're confident enough that you can get through CAT the next time, I suggest you should go for it.... Otherwise, IMI is a very good college, you should be quite pleased with it and I don't think you'll regret your decision either..... But since you have time in hand, you can go for TCS now and prepare for CAT later.....

I have a query here. Has anybody recieved any confirmation regarding the admission process or hostel accomodation till date?
The only confirmation I have recieved till date is the reciept of the DD(meant for 1st installment).
Also, can anybody give details about the configuration of the laptop to be provided by the intitute or the one that was provided last year?

Hi Anju,

If PGDM-HR is of your interest, than I will suggest you to go for it. I believe TCS is not a company for which you can leave IMI, as incase you opt for TCS this year, then you need to have a work-ex of atleast 2years to have a say in the market.
Rest, if you are sure of CAT-09, then you can gor TCS as well.

I have been to IMI on 30th April and had a word with Mrs Ratna, she said they will be dispatching hostel offer letters to hostel aspirants by next weekend. And there will be no other communication from IMI till 19th June.
Students(not opting for hostel) have to be there on 19th June, with the Receipt of DD and the offer letter only.
Document verification will be done around Mid-September.
