Anyways, got most of queries clarified...one code of conduct can sent either with the letter b4 11th May or with the DD b4 19th May..!!

Another, the transfer certificate is same as the college leaving certificate issued by the last college studied in....and thankfully our certificate mentions conduct too in it ( Conduct : Good ), so no need of any extra certificates.!!

Guess now we can focus on planning the Chennai meet @Elliots Beach..!

guess uv cleared it out. Iv already sent my confirmation letter today. Will send the signed code of conduct with the DD.

Hmm...yep just to be sure...Im thinking of sending the scanned copy of our leaving certificate a bit later in the month...!! Do you have a scanner by any chance ??

Yeah, shall post the letter soon...that "sweet lady" surely needs an oscar after having dealt with 3 member frm my family...myself, my mom and my aunt from Chennai...all just cant bear the sight of a jobless me sitting @home..!!!

sorry for that!!! what i meant was, shud it be send as speed/reg post or thru' snail mail(ordinary mail)....

Cuz, I vaguely remember someone telling me that it shud not be send thru' speed/reg post... I am not sure of this..... And dint wanna call up the office again, cuz as you said the 'sweet lady' might be mighty peeved if someone troubles her again!!!

I have sent all my communication till now by speed post...so see no reason why it wud be a problem...maybe Muzz can call up the sweet lady this time..!!!

Since the letter is addressed to the director im sure we can send it by speed post/ registered post. Iv sent my letter by speed post. i dont think it would make a difference how you send it provided it reaches by the 12th. Id however suggest speed post.
