If u are sure about result..then ur friend need not to wait for offer letter.He should call IMT ASAP.They will guide u to prepare two drafts for paying first installment.
IMT session is starting from 22nd.

some Junta have got upgradation as per therie choice..but there is no assuarance that it can be done for everyone.
Best would be to contact IMT and try to get answer for same.

1) Are there any pharmacy stores nearby the campus..?
2) Do we need to bring a heating filament with us or will hot water be available..?
3) What about the quality of food..?
4) Is SBI-Ghaziabad going to provide the education loan for all admitted students..?
5) What are all the documents that we need to bring..?

Hey, today i got a mail from IMT info(The e mail id given is imtghaziabad@live.com) The mail goes like this

Hi Sunita,

Greetings to you. Your confirmed date of joining IMT is 20th June and we look forward to see you here.

We want you to go through an IMT info booklet before you join here and we are sorry to say that your Postal address is missing in our records.


Please provide us your postal address as soon as possible and we will be couriering it to you immediately.

1) Why is this mail coming from imtghaziabad@live.com? Shouldn't it come from admissions@imt.edu?
2) Why is the date of joining mentioned as June20th? It is actually June 22nd na?
3) How come they suddenly lost my address? They recently sent me the confirmation letter and have given the details of registration and that i should report at IMT on 22nd.

Do you guys think this is genuine?

I got through Full Time (2nd preference) which is essentially Marketing / operations.

Just wondering if there is anyone with finance seat and wants to make a swap for a full time seat. I know chances are very bleak but still trying for it.

from what you posted, the source of the email doesnt seem authentic...
too much faulty stuff in the mail...
call up the admins at IMT, ask them whether they have your address...

am no senior, but selected and 95% joining in IB at ghaziabad...
somethings i found after just a day of research...
1) its pretty good, the placements are held along with FT and finance all other branches...
2)i took a look at the electives in the second year, we have subjects related to operations, marketing and finance...
3)no idea
