the upgradation process seems to be pretty complex first to be eligible for upgradation you need to pay fees and once the fees is paid then again there is no clarity whom will the seat be offered to.

say a seat in full time is vacant
which student will get a preference a finance student or an IB student
well its common sense that the one with higher score would get it
but as there are no ranks given how will we know what are our chances of getting the seat we want.

This is so damn ridiculous that with 96%ile and a gr8 gd/pi and profile I am in waitlist for Nagpur too..... It seems no1 with over 95%ile has been admitted to Nagpur but then the statement above shouldnt include "Gaziabad and Nagpur" both.

I can understand being wait listed for Gaziabad but for Nagpur is something is just too hard to digest.......

i think everyone who is not selected is put under waiting list and no one above 95 is getting in for Nagpur ,
it seems that they are expecting a huge wait list movement
