I believe IMT should extend the date of the waitlist till the IIM results are out as there is not going to be much movement before IIM results however it can result in delay in subseuent things...lets see what happens..

i believe most people would accept the delay rather than the extreme expense it would mean for most of the people. and the govt should come out with the directive fast.

acc to iim k one of my friends is in the mentor group in iim k- they would be participating in a meeting of the iims on 27.28.29 to discuss the govt directives. only after this will the results be declared. this means the waitlists dont move till then. well people a long wait in the offing.

Hi Puys,
IIMs have declared deadline for OBC candidates. I think IIMs results are gonna come soon atleast for GENERAL candidates( n so is the waitlist movement).

Had a doubt. I have paid the 1st installment for IMT- G .. When i called them , they said last date for request of refund of the amount , is 27th April, ie coming Monday.

And we all know that IIM results are not out for atleast anothr 10 days.

Can someone pls confirm, what wud be the situation ( regarding refund ) , if I request for a withdrawal of the admission from IMT G , by May 1st week. ??

It very imp. We re talking about Rs. 1.2 lakhs...

@All those who have send their drafts and wondering how to get acknowledgement for the same..

plz call up 0120 3002205 and ask for mr. naveen .. give him ur cat id and ur course name (fin, ft etc).. he is very polite and even gets the receipt couriered to ur address..

P.S : i received mine yesterday..

Posting the phone number of a college is not against the forum rules..Posting your own number/email id/surrogate advertising etc are against PG rules (Ya PG rules )..
