Hi puys i got lots of PMs .. One house is ready .. Hi-Fi - small - 500 Sq.Ft. Max .. 15K rent .. max 3 members (if 4 20k).. 60K adv .. OWNER No.- 09444020437 - tell u r a GL student - rush to book.... AC,FRIDGE,WASH.M/C.,GESR,small wadros.,cookeries,ETC.ETC... build up area is sml .. but jst 2 strs away from college ... Any body intstd call the owner and book .. i ll keep posting like this as I get to find houses... I was told that even the houses that our seniors r in will have rents increased .. so seniors plz help .. finding houses here is hectic ..

Oh Man! thats like.. TINY... and for that 15K?? sheesh... the landlords are fleecing us arent they since they know that this is the last yr they can make money.. as the campus will come up next yr...

U R right .. Around saidapet u have GLIM,ANNA UNIV., IIT and CLRI in close proximity so people get what they demand ..
I am planing to stay a little far from the Institute .. not sure if I can manage ..
Seniors if you can comment it would help a lot ...

I knw dude, bt we have seriously limited options here, mainly becoz

1) Property prices have absolutely sky rocketed here considering its last year fr college in this colony

2) Due to no infrmation frm companies abt locations , there is sense of uncertainty here.

However i wld suggest that first preference shld be given 2 non-localites. Anyways keep up the good wrk.....

Makes a lot of sense as once u r in college here in the mrng, its only in eveng or ni8 u r goin 2 go back at ur room. Paying up double the price for a place close 2 college is although understandable bt tends 2 hurt as year progresses and bank balance dips ;-)
