Approx how much time did the i/v continued? Can you tell us on the questions abt Entreprenuership? Even I had filled the same in the form?

Are they asking domain questions also?

Hey, I want to ask that if i have made payment through credit card, then wat kind of proof of payment should i take along with me for the GD/PI?? Also, wat other documents are required apart from CAT score card??

3 people were there.. kaykay had told us that the panels included a current student, an alumni, and a professor.. But in my case, either the alumni or current student was missing.. there was a young lady, a middle-aged gentleman, and a slightly aged gentleman..

The duration was roughly 20 - 25 mins I think..
And as for domain questions, I suppose u meant related to work ex? They asked me to clearly define my role in my company, and what I worked on.. Since I am an embedded software guy, they asked me to define that..

- in which field do you want to start ur company?
- ppl start companies cos they have either money, or knowledge of the field.. what would u be doing?
- when do u plan to start ur company? till then what is ur plan?

We were asked for the score card ONLY.. Nothing else was checked.. You could walk in clutching only ur score card.. I too had taken my credit card statement, but they did not ask for it..

I have one question :
While asking questions on work experience, how far interviewers went regarding business co-relations and functional perspective?

Fish market stuff was not there in my GD cos the students were self-controlled.. Dunno abt other groups.. but it was nice to see that an inactive candidate was asked to summarize in the end..

On work experience, they would want to see if you have had any managerial exposure.. they asked me if i have done any client-facing work..
And to what extent I was accountable in my company ("if there is a mistake in the design, would that be attributed to you? Or are you just a coder who does not have to worry abt that?")..

5) Since plenty of time is left for one to speak, thr is no point in rushin & grabbin the chance to speak.....Normally, on an avg, GD lasts for 8-10 mins.......but here its for 15-20 mins........so no worries/concerns abt GD part........

6) Interview--------asked quesions abt the online form i filled.....no technical for me though other panels ve asked questions on academic backgroung to my frnds.....den questions abt my work-ex, projects handled......Why MBA......??? den let it off.......
but it all depends upon the panel u get in.......luck factors plays a crucial role.......

7) Only CAT/GMAT scorecard is enough.....the ADCOM members will just verify & give it back to u...no need to carry unnecessary stuffs......

U ppl need to carry only ur CAT/GMAT scorecard.

GD/PI for Bangalore & delhi is scheduled on 7th(in delhi only), 8th & 9th February.

Ppl who have bangalore or delhi as their centre & havent received ur confirmation call mails , contact admissions office.


GD/PI for Mumbai is scheduled on 15, 16 & 17 February
GD/PI for Kolkatta & Hyderabad is on 16th & 17th February

Ppl in these centres will receive mails in a day or two.
So pls wait till thursday & if u dont receive a mail by then call up admissions office.

Hi Kaykay..

The dates for Delhi are 8th,9th and 10th isnt it..??..you have written 7th also in ur post..?..please confirm...Hope I am not missing something here..
