Salary contracts, by nature are off public domain. Also, the B schools are not party/parties which sign these contracts. RTI filing in B schools would not work,
RTI filing in companies would also not work since the contracted employee has a right to privacy.
Typically, the most reliable source for post MBA salaries are the individual students themselves (they will give you one data point). Or the recruiting HR managers (they will give you a range).

One interesting story I have is that of a MDI-05 alum.
Circa 2005, he was studying I was working, we had been to the same college. I had been working for 5 continuous years, he had taken a break and was studying in MDI.
Frustration galore, rampant accusations, "all B schools fudge their salary data" etc. " yaar kisi ko l@@d naheen miltee itnee zyada".
BTW names taken included MDI,IIM A and B and ISB.
Some more daroo (at my expense, I was working he was not). More frustration.
He had quoted 5 lpa as his aspirational goal (his pre qual was around 2.5 lpa), which was also- according to him 50k less than the published median post qual salary for MDI MBA.
ICICI Bank hired him for 6.5 lpa (CTC) after he graduated. He still has not treated me for the unexpected gain.
Moral of the story-- C&B people are evil people, but God bless their souls.
