i had collected all the interviews experience of SPJAIN first round in a txt file
and am uploading the same here
these are the experiences posted in the other thread and hence might be missing from here......

hey.. so many GIs conducted by now.. and so few experiences ? Puys.. please post some more tips and experiences so that we can prepare accordingly for the second round of SPJ GIs starting on 14th. Also requesting those who have their interviews on 14th to try and post their experiences as soon as possible. Thanks in advance !

hello ppl
it gives me gr8 pleasure to write the first xperience of the second round of intervws at spjain.
1. verification
2 nice ladies (not students)siting at the desk as soon as u enter the waiting area...very accomodating and helpful....do caryy both your cat and xat admit cards and score cards
2. first round of interview
i had a slot at 12 noon but dont knw why nly my slot was delayed and it took place at 230pm.....anyhws here s hw it went
6 ppl 3 freshrs and 2 panelists
1 male and other female
no gd for our group(but the groups who had it a strict instruction that what so ever dnt make a fish markt)....the guy startd from each person in a sequential order with a ques of tell me about urslf......that formed the basis of the intrvw....he made ques out of the replies of the candidates....and once or twice he made the ques open to all....to me he askd about my final yr project and then took me in a web regardin that...then convince me u can be taken for finance spec? which companies in finance? so ppl mince ur words b4 u speak out there......in the end a chance for every1 to add somethng if they wld lyk to....the lady was the smoothin factor and ws nw and then makin th emoment lighter.....
the results came in abt 20 in...4 guys gt selectd n i ws luckily 1 of them
3. psycometric test round 1
50 subjective ques along with 5 more long answers and a person info shete to be filled...all in 55 mins....so ppl dnt even stop ur pen for a dyin man here......if u do it i m guarantee u cnt finish it on tym....
4. psychometric test round 2
sm special test wid 24 objective ques in 7 mins...it ws fun actually
5. final round of intrvw called MR
again a group of 7 who cleared round 1 in a random order.....again 1 guy n 1 woman...guy completely chilled out....

family values?
why should i select u?
china bettr than india so shd india change its govt system?
the ques were directd to individuals and for every ques each one ws given a chance t speak....
all in all a gud process but my intrvw round wasnt that gud...so very bleak hopes....
