Hi Chennuys!
At the outset, congratulations to all who have secured a call from your dream institute... 
As we all know, the journey to these instititutes is only half complete and its time to get into some serious reading, introspection about self, develop those people skills, communication, listening etc..
Opening this thread for the benefit of all call-getters so that we can get together and prepare for GDs / PI etc...
Pls post in your details for us to know you better..Include name and calls...

Will update this post as time proceeds.
I think that if u look at the selection criteria of all the instis and the actual "preparation" given by the coaching instis, u'll find that there's huge gap. Eg: IIMC has 44% weightage for PI and 6% weightage for GD. Still, the coaching instis spend an insane amount of time on making us practice GDs and not quite enough on mock-PIs.
For ramping up on PIs, i'd suggest----------- errr, i dunno wat to suggest. Will give that kind of gyaan after i get thru an interview.
