These weightages are not made available to us or the media or any person other than the professors at L.
What can be deduced from last year experiences and information in CAT brochure is that each of them does carry weight and final 'Go or No Go' is decided based on all of these.

Does IIML require Reco letters?

And if it does where are we advised to get it from? I have 2 years of work ex and i think i can get it from a couple of profs in my college as well.. is it a good idea to have letters from both places?

Till last year, we just needed to have our academic marksheets and experience certificate in original and their copies attested by a gazetted officer. No recommendation letters were asked.

In case recommendation letters are asked for by any college, it is advisable to have it from different domains. For eg, you may have one from your immediate boss and one from your college prof. If a third is asked, you may have it from your school principal. It is a suggestive practice rather than necessitated.

Btw, is the prof.'s daughter hanging around with you by any chance that you are so sure of getting them anyhow?
