Hii..
If u leave the company without paying the bond value, will the company take any legal action against you?...
I have heard that some B-schools accept the joinging letter, monthly salary slips,as the proof towards experience..They dont insist for experience certificate...
FYIP please..

Hi,

If one has signed the bond on a stamp paper then it is having a legal validity and the company can initiate legal action. This is true especially in case of ppl working in PSUs.

Regarding experience certificate, initially when one will join the college joining letter & monthly salary slips will suffice. but at a later stage most of the government colleges insist on a working certi, especially the placement committee guys.

yah ..u r right..!!!
PSUs will take action..and government colleges will definitely ask for experience if u from from PSUs....Otherwise u can get away with saying the Company doesnt give Exp.certificates..

Thanks..

Hi surya, the options for 1 year MBA are limited in india. The best options available are IIMA, ISB and XLRI. In case of IIMA one need a min 8 years exp for applying. For XLRI the min experience is 5 years, for ISB ther is no such requirement buts its selection procedure is quite different. You can also look for Great Lakes.
