Hey rajvedi,
You can easily squeeze out time and take out around 5 hours for CAT.

I have been in situation like yours before.
Only thing you need to compromise on is your sleep.
You need to reduce it to 5-6 Hrs.:sarcasm: You may feel uncomfortable initially but it would be fine once you get used to it.
Take out atleast 2-2.5 Hrs before you leave for office.

As we are fresh in morning, this is the best time to study because there will not be any thoughts wandering in mind about the day to day activities.
As you had already started prep.. you would realise when you are studying late night, you would be thinking about the day at office, how bad your manager is and all the same stuff..
The point is you should take out the quality time and use freshness of your mind for the preparation of CAT.
One more thing you could do is to utilize your commuting time.
You can do the following things::
1) Vocab
2) Speed Calculation
3) Revision of concepts
4) Solve questions orally from material. (Improves speed)
5) Puzzles (George Summer)
Even if you are out for 12 hours that means you are at home for 12 Hours.:hurray:
You just need to manage this time. Time Management is very important.
If you can manage these 12 Hours, you will be able to manage those 2.5 Hours also.
